Join Mr. Robin and Mikey on the latest episode of Mr. Robin's Hood Podcast's occasional series "Listen Locally" as they dive into the world of local live music with special guest, Beaux Jenkins. Hailing from Harrison, Arkansas, Beaux shares his unique experiences and insights as a red dirt country singer-songwriter. Welcome to Episode 17 of Mr. Robin’s Hood Podcast. This is the latest installment of our occasional series “Listen Locally”—in this episode we were fortunate enough to score an interview with Beaux Jenkins of Beaux Jenkins & the 357s. They’re a Red Dirt Band out of NW Arkansas that will perform in Woodward on September 7th for another gig at The Patriot Pub (aka, The Pat). Beaux talks about his path to becoming a full-time, gigging musician. Making Beaux unique is that he is country music royalty. His great uncle was country legend Conway Twitty, whom Beaux met for the first time at Conway’s last show in Branson before passing away.

But that's not even the best part of this episode. For the first time, Mr. Robin’s Hood Podcast goes unfiltered and drops an inside joke on poor Mikey who can't stop laughing and ends up calling him a not-so-nice name (let's just say Mr. Robin had it coming). So not only will you learn something about Beaux Jenkins, but you'll also get a glimpse into the madness that is our podcast. Just don't expect us to reveal the inside joke unless you're willing to bribe us with sacks o’ cash - we have expensive tastes, people.
